Joslyn Hamada
HKN Professional Biography
Joslyn Hamada is a senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Physics track, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her interests include hardware and PCB design. She is currently working in the Smart Campus Energy Lab on the Weatherbox project. She also serves as the Co-treasurer of the IEEE Student Branch at UH Manoa. After graduation, Joslyn plans to find a job on the mainland that aligns with her academic interests. Her hobbies include fishing, napping, and hanging out with friends. Q: What inspired you to join HKN? I joined HKN to network with other EE and CENG students. Q: Where is your hometown and favorite place on the island? My hometown is Mililani, and my favorite place on the island is Ehukai. Q: What video game / movie / TV show would you want to live in and why? I would want to live in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs because food would rain down from the sky. Q: What would you like to accomplish the most from your “bucket” list? I would like to go to New Zealand. |
