HKN Professional Biography
Kelly Zheng is a senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering - systems track. Her academic interests include wireless communication, networking, and probability. She is currently a teaching assistant for EE 213, and a research assistant for SOEST. She aspires to pursue a Master's degree in electrical engineering after graduation. Some extracurricular activities Kelly enjoy practicing are piano, violin, and reading. Q: What video game / movie / TV show would you want to live in and why? I want to live in the Tsum Tsum world because I feel that it can help me relieve all my stress. Q: Where is your hometown and favorite place on the island? My hometown is Honolulu, and my favorite place on the island is Hawaii Kai. Q: What would you like to accomplish the most from your “bucket” list? I would like to travel the world. I have always enjoyed traveling, but due to various reasons, I never got to travel much. If given the opportunity, I hope to travel to places I have never been to and experience the different cultures and diversify my knowledge. Q: What inspired you to join HKN? Renowned as the honor society of electrical engineering, joining HKN is the dream of most electrical engineers. It is an honor and pride for every engineer to be part of their honor society. Therefore, when I was given the opportunity, I grasped on to it and joined HKN. Through HKN, I hope to learn and gain more leadership experience, yet at the same time, give back to the College of Engineering and my community. |
